KYLEVO-M Tablets are a dual-action anti-allergic formulation combining Levocetirizine Hydrochloride and Montelukast Sodium, designed to provide comprehensive relief from allergic symptoms and respiratory discomfort. This combination is commonly prescribed for allergic rhinitis and allergy-associated respiratory conditions.

Composition (per tablet):

• Levocetirizine Hydrochloride

• Montelukast Sodium

Indications / Uses:

• Allergic rhinitis (seasonal & perennial)

• Sneezing, runny or blocked nose

• Itching, watery eyes

• Allergy-related cough and wheezing

• Supportive therapy in mild asthma (as advised by physician)

How It Works:

• Levocetirizine blocks histamine release, reducing sneezing, itching, and nasal discharge with minimal sedation.

• Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, helping reduce airway inflammation and prevent bronchoconstriction.
